Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how CountAI Private Limited (“CountAI”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit counton.ai (the “Site”). It does not cover our on-premise vision products deployed inside customer factories — those are governed by separate customer agreements and data processing addenda.
1. Who we are
CountAI Private Limited is a company registered in India building industrial AI vision systems for manufacturing. For any privacy-related question, write to solutions@counton.ai.

We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media trackers, or session recording tools on counton.ai.
3. How we use your information
- Reply to your demo or sales inquiry and stay in touch about your evaluation.
- Measure which pages visitors find useful (only if you accept analytics cookies).
- Detect abuse, debug issues, and keep the Site available.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
4. Who we share it with
- Web3Forms — processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Privacy policy.
- Google (Analytics 4) — only if you accept analytics cookies. Privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, hosting. Privacy policy.
- Google Workspace — the inbox where your form message lands (solutions@counton.ai).
5. International transfers
Our providers above are based in the United States and operate globally. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by each provider.
6. How long we keep it
- Form submissions: kept in our inbox / CRM for up to 36 months after the last interaction, then deleted on request or routine cleanup.
- Analytics data in GA4: 14 months (Google default), after which it is aggregated.
- Server / security logs: typically up to 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time via our Cookie Policy page.
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the EU/UK) or with India’s Data Protection Board under the DPDP Act, 2023.

8. Cookies
See our separate Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies and how to control them. On first visit you’ll see a banner; analytics cookies are set to denied by default until you accept.
9. Security
The Site runs on Cloudflare with HTTPS enforced. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Our inbox is protected by Google Workspace with 2FA on admin accounts.
10. Children
counton.ai is a B2B site aimed at factory operators and enterprise buyers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where required, re-prompt the cookie banner so you can re-consent.
