These Terms govern your use of the counton.ai marketing website operated by CountAI Private Limited. Commercial terms for our vision products (Fac-AI, Knit-I, CCTV-GPT, and the Textile AI Platform) are covered by separate customer agreements signed at the time of deployment.

1. Use of the Site

You may browse counton.ai for information, submit enquiries via our forms, and read our blog. Don’t attempt to break into or disrupt the Site, scrape it at volume, or use it in a way that infringes any law or third-party right.

2. Content & intellectual property

All text, images, logos, videos, product names (CountAI, Fac-AI, Knit-I, Weave-I, Print-I, Cut-I, Cone-I, Fab-I, CCTV-GPT, and others), and page layouts on the Site are owned by CountAI Private Limited or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without our written consent. Short quotations with attribution and a link back to counton.ai are fine.

3. Forms & enquiries

Information you submit via our demo or contact forms must be accurate and your own (or submitted with authority on behalf of your organisation). We handle it under our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party links

The Site links to external resources (Intel, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, partners, press coverage). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it’s free of errors or uninterrupted. Nothing on this marketing site is a binding offer — performance commitments only apply when they’re in a signed agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CountAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally allowed.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
